Heading the Department of Business Administration, Thiagarajar College, Madurai -09 for the past Nine (10) years in which SIX Management courses are offered. viz.,

As Registrar of Madurai Kamaraj University he was instrumental in the decentralization of administration, developed the frame work for IQAC. Initiated overall research progress. Special focus was given by him in implementing Tamil Nadu Government schemes which include Industry ? Intuition Collaborations, Foreign Interaction, Entrepreneurship etc.,. Has also contributed a lot in developing Directorate of Distance Education of Madurai Kamaraj University. His involvement with Green Campus initiatives, better student life in Madurai Kamaraj University campus are very much appreciated by the academicians.

Facilitated for an MOU between Thiagarajar College and Newyork Institute of Technology, Abudhabi for the development of academic upliftment and exchange programmes.

Designed and implemented a new curriculum in Management Science blended with computer skills as a P.G. Degree in his department viz Master of Management and Systems (MMS) and later the course was redesigned and renamed as Master of Human Resource Development (MHRD) recognized by UGC and affiliating Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai

Rich experience in industry ?institution interaction and responsible for major placement activities for both UG & PG degree courses.

Initially a member in a 5 Member Peer Committee for National Assessment and Accreditation Council Report (NAAC Report) and instrumental for getting accredited FIVE STAR status by NAAC for our college.

Appointed as Coordinator for Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) & NAAC of Thiagarajar College and the college got awarded ?A? grade for the second time by NAAC by his systematic efforts in 2012.
