• 20 Naval NCC SD cadets attended a Blood Donation Camp at Geetha School, Madurai.
• 35 Naval cadets participated in a Tree Plantation Festival by 2(TN) Naval Unit NCC, Madurai
• All 110 Naval cadets joined the Swachhata Hi Seva programme at Vaigai River, Madurai
• 80 Naval cadets participated in a Disaster Management Programme at Thiagarajar College, Madurai
• All 110 Naval cadets took part in a Dengue Prevention Programme at Thiagarajar College, Madurai

Leading Cadet V. Daniel Roshan (II BSc Mathematics) is participating in the Republic Day Parade at Rajpath, New Delhi.

Leading Cadet K. Jeyaraman (II BSc Computer Science) is participating at Marina Beach, Chennai. 15 first-year cadets are participating at Armed Reserve Police Grounds, Madurai.

Combined Annual Training Camps (CATC)

39 Naval NCC SD and 21 SW cadets participated in CATC at Idayapatti, Madurai from 7 to 16 July 2017.

Nau Sainik Camps (NSC), Puducherry

7 SD and 5 SW cadets attended NSC-IUC at 1(P) Naval Unit NCC, Puducherry from 21 to 30 August 2017.

Republic Day Camp (RDC)

1 SD and 1 SW cadet selected for RDC, Delhi from 1 to 31 January 2018.

Nau Sainik Camps (NSC), Karwar

8 cadets attended All India NSC at Karwar.

Ship Attachment Camp

1 SD cadet, P.M. Abeharish (III B.A. English), attended from 6 to 17 June 2017 in Mumbai. 2 Petty Officer cadets, G. Alaguraj and M. Naveen Aravind (III BSc Chemistry), participated from 2 to 13 June 2018 at DAS, Mumbai.

Ship Cruise Camp

1 SD cadet, A. Arun (III B.Sc. Chemistry), attended from 29 September to 10 November.

Scuba Diving Camp

2 SD cadets, P. Rajamohan (III B.A. English) and R. Vijayakumar (III B.Sc. Chemistry), participated in Chennai from 9 to 16 July 2017. 4 SD cadets, R. Muneeswaran, S. Kameshwaran (III BA Economics), V. Selveeswaran (III B.Com), and K. Pratheep (III BSc Botany), underwent training in Chennai.

National Integration Camp

1 SD cadet, G. Ajith Kumar (III B.B.A.), participated at Alva University, Karnataka from 11 to 25 December 2017.

Trekking Camp

3 SD cadets, B. Sarath Kumar (III B.A. Tamil), T. Murali (III B.Com), and J. Sankar (III B.Sc. Botany), participated at Belgaum, Karnataka from 21 December 2017 to 1 January 2018. 2 SD cadets, K. Anbarasan (III BA Tamil) and R. Muneeswaran (III BA Economics), attended at Kulamavu, Kerala.

Other Camps

P.R. Rahul (III BSc Chemistry), J. Udhayan (III BSc Mathematics), and A.K. Thulasiram (III BSc Computer Science) attended a Basic Leadership Course at Kumbakonam. 4 Petty Officer cadets, A. Sonai, S. Muthukamali, S. Sathyasheela (III BSc Mathematics), and B. Nithyasri (III BA English), participated in an Indian Naval Academy Attachment Camp at Ezhimala, Kerala in January 2019.
