About Red Ribbon Club
- The Red Ribbon Club was initiated by the New York-based Visual AIDS Artists Caucus in 1991 to demonstrate compassion for people living with AIDS and their caregivers.
- The red ribbon symbolizes the fight against both drug abuse and AIDS. The Red Ribbon Foundation, established in 1993, focuses on educating about HIV and AIDS prevention.
- The Red Ribbon Club was established at our college in 2005 to promote awareness and support.
Objectives
- To foster a sense of humanity in students through yoga and meditation.
- To raise awareness about HIV/AIDS among students.
- To address adolescent challenges and their impact on academic performance.
